Detail is paramount
We love building homes, but we also build sheds and light commercial buildings. No matter what we build, a standard construction job isn’t good enough. The details must be perfect. We pay the same attention to a bathroom as a deck. If you have the desire to build a truly special home, we would love to hear from you.

The 313 Construction team employs six tradespeople, with a one-on-one builder and apprentice work model. This process of continuous training fosters a higher skill level for the company, bringing depth of experience and skill to any build. We also like to think we’re a little bit old school, bringing classic building techniques to your project.
